Forget the gummy chemical protein bars. Our chocolate COATED bar is as smooth as a cake. Bite into a bar with real flavor, real bananas for example, and let the high-quality dark chocolate melt on your tongue. PS: cricket protein is super nutritious, but it won’t affect the final taste of the bar.

How did we choose the ingredients to make this product?

Most of the protein in the bars comes from high-quality cricket flour, which is also a source of quality fats, fiber, and micronutrients such as vitamin B12 and iron. We added sweetness by using chicory fiber, which contains no sugars but really only fiber (the only downside is that it can be laxative in large quantities). We further tuned the texture with nuts and small amounts of different types of plant proteins to enrich the amino acid spectrum. Maximum taste, minimum bad.
