  1. Available delivery methods and rates
LITHUANIAFOREIGN COUNTRIES
  • Lithuanian Post (registered parcel) – 3,00 Eur;
  • LP Express terminal – 3,00 Eur;
  • OMNIVA terminal – 3,00 Eur.
  • Delivery in Marijampolė – free of charge.
  • Free delivery for purchases of 50 Eur or more.
  • Delivery to Kuršių Nerija according to separate rates. To be negotiated individually.
  • Delivery in foreign countries according to individual rates applied by parcel services.
  • Free delivery for purchases of 99 Eur or more.

 

  1. Prerequisites
    • When purchasing goods, you must provide all the mandatory contact information about yourself: telephone number, email address, residential address and postcode or the address of the post office of your choice.
  1. Terms
    • The order will be processed within 2-5 days of receipt of payment.
    • In certain product categories, additional order fulfillment terms are indicated, which are recommended to be followed.
    • The order shall be delivered within the time limits applied by the parcel services.

    • Personal data will only be used for the acceptance, production and dispatch of the order. By placing an order, the customer consents to the use of personal data.
  1. Quality of goods and return conditions
    • Clause 15 of the RETAIL TRADE RULES (approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No 697 of 11 June 2001, as subsequently amended) states that Plants, animals and food products of suitable quality shall not be exchanged or returned.
    • A product is considered to be of poor quality if:
      • The expiry date of the product has passed;
      • The consistency or other essential characteristics of the goods have been altered due to improper storage conditions before the goods are handed over to the buyer;
      • The goods are mechanically damaged beyond the buyer‘s control.
    • Upon receipt of the consignment, the buyer must immediately check that the packaging is not externally damaged or otherwise defective and that all goods ordered have been received.
    • If the parcel is damaged or if certain goods are missing, the Buyer has the right not to accept the parcel. If the parcel is collected from a post office, the Buyer must inform the Seller of the defects and shortcomings within 24 hours of the time of collection. The Buyer may contact the Seller by telephone at (8 615) 88355 or by e-mail at info@tastik.lt. In case of contact after the specified time limit, comments on the quality of delivery shall not be accepted.
    • The Seller undertakes to replace the defective goods with goods of satisfactory quality or to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the defective goods.
    • The Buyer may return the defective goods to the Seller. The Buyer shall pay the shipping charges for the return of the goods. This fee is not refundable.
    • The Seller shall resend the order at its own expense. If the Buyer wishes a refund for returned goods of unsatisfactory quality, a request for refund must be submitted with the returned goods.
    • In the refund request, the Buyer must specify: name, order number, name and quantity of the defective goods, reason for the refund.
    • The money shall be refunded to the Buyer‘s bank account from which payment for the goods was made.
