How did we choose the ingredients to make this product?
All ingredients besides yet non-certifiable cricket protein are organic. Almonds create a crunchy structure and also add quality fiber, fats, and some proteins. Dates or other fruits give a sweet and juicy flavor. Cricket protein adds protein and also quality fats, fiber, and other micronutrients. The result is a delicious snack with a perfect ratio of proteins/fiber/fats/carbs. Maximal taste, minimal guilt.
